By accessing or using the Website and/or engaging our services, you ("User", "Client", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website and our services immediately.

Passport Legacy Consultancy Limited is a residence and citizenship by investment advisory firm. Our services include providing professional guidance, documentation assistance, and advisory support for individuals and families seeking residence or citizenship through government authorised investment programmes.

2. Scope of Services

Passport Legacy provides advisory and consultancy services related to residence and citizenship by investment programmes. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assessment of client eligibility for various programmes

  2. Guidance on programme selection based on individual circumstances

  3. Assistance with document collection, preparation, and submission

  4. Liaison with relevant government authorities on behalf of the client

  5. Ongoing support throughout the application process

Passport Legacy acts solely in an advisory capacity. We do not act as a government body, nor do we have the authority to approve or deny any application. All final decisions on applications rest with the relevant government authorities.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While Passport Legacy leverages extensive experience and expertise to support each client’s application, we do not and cannot guarantee the approval of any residence or citizenship application. Approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority.

Passport Legacy shall not be held liable for the rejection of any application, changes in programme requirements, delays caused by government authorities, or any other outcome beyond our reasonable control.

4. Client Obligations

By engaging Passport Legacy’s services, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation as required

  2. Disclose any material facts that may affect your application, including but not limited to criminal records, pending litigation, or adverse financial history

  3. Respond to requests for information or documentation in a timely manner

  4. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdictions

  5. Refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity in connection with your application

Failure to meet these obligations may result in the termination of our engagement, delays in processing, or the rejection of your application by the relevant government authority.

5. Fees and Payment

  1. Passport Legacy’s fees are outlined in the engagement letter or service agreement provided to each client prior to the commencement of services. Fees may vary depending on the programme selected and the complexity of the engagement.

  2. Government fees, due diligence fees, investment amounts, and any third party costs are separate from Passport Legacy’s advisory fees and are the responsibility of the client.

  3. Payment terms, including schedules and accepted methods, are specified in the engagement letter or service agreement.

  4. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the engagement letter, fees paid to Passport Legacy are non refundable once services have commenced.

  5. Passport Legacy reserves the right to adjust its fees at any time. Any changes to fees will be communicated to the client in writing prior to taking effect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, and software, is the property of Passport Legacy Consultancy Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Website without the prior written consent of Passport Legacy.

This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any engagement between you and Passport Legacy.

9. Data Protection

The collection, use, and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. Passport Legacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Website or our services.

  2. Passport Legacy’s total aggregate liability to any client for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to Passport Legacy under the relevant engagement.

  3. Passport Legacy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government action, regulatory changes, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, natural disaster, or failure of third party systems.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Passport Legacy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  1. Your breach of these Terms

  2. Your provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information

  3. Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

  4. Any third party claim arising from your use of our services

12. Termination

  1. Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice to the other party, subject to the terms of the engagement letter or service agreement.

  2. Passport Legacy reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if the client fails to meet their obligations under these Terms, provides false or misleading information, or engages in conduct that Passport Legacy reasonably considers to be unlawful or unethical.

  3. Upon termination, any fees already paid for services rendered shall be non refundable. The client remains responsible for any outstanding fees or costs incurred up to the date of termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

14. Force Majeure

Passport Legacy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemic, civil unrest, sanctions, or disruption of communication or transportation systems.

15. Amendments

Passport Legacy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website or our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is strongly recommended that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any engagement letter or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Passport Legacy with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
