PL Group holds a sovereign mandate to advise and support the Government of São Tomé & Príncipe on its Citizenship by Investment Program. Our work spans program development and ongoing advisory support, helping align the program’s framework with the country’s long-term objectives.

Advising on a new citizenship by investment program

PL Group contributes to the development and ongoing operational advisory of Argentina’s Citizenship by Investment Program through the AMIGO consortium - a group of leading investment migration firms.

Our involvement covers the policy, regulatory and operational detail required to establish the program. We have advised on policy design, regulatory support, due diligence structures and operational planning, including application procedures, age requirements and provisions for dependents.

From program development to public unveiling

PL Group Founder & Chairman Jeffrey Henseler joined the consortium in Paris for the program’s unveiling alongside Argentina’s Minister of Economy, Luis Caputo. The announcement introduced the program publicly following the consortium’s work on its development.
