Role Overview

We are seeking a polished and drivenClient Advisorto join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in managing high-value client relationships, offering bespoke investment-based migration advice, and guiding clients through the Residency & Citizenship journey with the highest level of service and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects the luxury and professionalism of our brand.
  • Provide strategic, goal-based advice to high-net-worth individuals and families seeking Citizenship or Residency by Investment solutions.
  • Drive business growth through networking, referrals, and outreach, acting as a true Brand Ambassador.
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring trust, retention, and consistent follow-up.
  • Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to their objectives.
  • Maintain full ownership of the client journey from initial consultation to post-submission service.
  • Produce customized quotes and manage payment collections aligned with program milestones.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and client engagement in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to deliver comprehensive, compliant, and timely solutions.
  • Stay current on all relevant immigration regulations and updates related to CBI programs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working with HNW clients, preferably in CBI, wealth management, private banking, or luxury sales.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of global CBI/RBI programs is highly desirable.
  • CRM proficiency and comfort working with client data and performance metrics.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and client orientated.
