Cyprus

Cyprus is an island south of Turkey and West of Lebanon that is known for its high-income economy as well as its beautiful Mediterranean climate, with beautiful weather almost all year round. Despite technically being located in West Asia, its cultural makeup and geopolitical climate are more closely tied to Southeast Europe, making it an attractive strategic location for businesses and individuals with interests across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Cyprus is a member of the European Union and is expected to join the Schengen zone in 2026. It offers a high standard of living, excellent healthcare options, and, crucially, an extremely business-friendly environment, making it an attractive choice for investors looking for a strategic location to conduct their business.

The Cyprus Permanent Residence Programme remains an attractive path for non-European investors to secure long-term residency on the continent; with a simple application process and approvals being granted in a matter of months, it’s a great option for investors who are looking for strong access to European, African, Asian and Middle Eastern markets simultaneously. Plus, with its favorable tax policies, Cyprus offers investors more than just a home in the sun; it’s a strong investment option for businesses as well as families looking to settle in a beautiful country. Cyprus is an ideal destination for those seeking a secondary passport in a beautiful, historic nation; offering a quick and efficient Residence by Investment Programme.
